    Yes make the circuit at the projects page and connect it to the PC serial port and install the software.
    Now point the remote to the hardware and get the pc controlled.

    I am getting "run time error 429" Active X control cant create object error.. I am using windows 7. I copied the MSCOMM32.OCX file to windows\system32 folder.
