great idea sir ji please give me the whole details of this project because i want to make this in my final year project therefor give me the details as fast as possible.

i have got two questions for you.
1) will this application work for long distances i.e, more than 100km.? I mean the bluetooth functionality is not going to work there.
2) which programming language was used to develop this application?
