    hello Binu, please i'm doing the project FINGERPRINT BASED SECURITY SYSTEM. Am having problems adding, identifying and deleting fingerprint. when i press the add finger switch and place my thumb on the module, the lcd displays 'user added failed'. please is there anything i need to do with the fingerprint module at first before i interface it to the microcontroller? ofcourse, am using SM630 FINGERPRINT MODULE FROM MIAXIS.
    Again, when i read through the forum i found out that the fingerprint module has 9 pins but mine has just 4 like the one in your circuit. please have you in anyway changed the circuit diagram from the one below?

    please i need urgent response because i have just i week to defend the project. thanks in advance.
