    Hi sir,
    I am new in circuit designing.
    I want a make a circuit which can transfer data from one microcontroller board to other microcontroller board i.e. I want to build a modem. Both boards have atmega16.
    Baud rate: 9600
    Distance: About 10m.

    Just use the USART on the chip, use max232 at both ends so that you can achieve 10meter distance.
